2. Subscription Cancellation

  • Through your Stripe customer portal

Important: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of the period you've already paid for.

3. Refund Policy

General Policy: We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of subscription periods. However, we may consider refunds in the following circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If our service is unavailable for more than 24 hours during your billing period
  • Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly or multiple times
  • Service Changes: If we make significant changes to the service that materially affect your use
  • Account Issues: If your account was suspended or terminated due to our error

4. Credit System

Credit Expiration: Credits reset monthly and do not roll over to the next billing cycle.

  • Free Tier: Free credits expire at the end of each month
  • Paid Subscriptions: Subscription credits expire at the end of each billing cycle
  • No Rollover: Unused credits are forfeited when they expire
  • No Refunds: We do not refund for unused credits

  • Date of the charge you're requesting a refund for

  • Any relevant details or evidence supporting your request
