• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Acceptable Use Policy

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
• Upload images that contain nudity, violence, or other inappropriate content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service

5. Subscription and Credits

Our service operates on a credit-based system:

• Free Tier: Limited credits per month for new users
• Paid Subscriptions: Monthly or annual plans with increased credit allocations

• Credit Expiration: Credits reset monthly and do not roll over
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis

6. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe:

• Subscription fees are charged automatically on the billing cycle
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy
• You may cancel your subscription at any time

7. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of images you upload. You grant us a limited license to process these images for service provision.

Generated Content: AI-generated designs are provided for your personal use. We do not claim ownership of generated designs, but we are not liable for their content or use.

Service Content: All software, technology, and content created by us remains our property.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Availability: We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

AI Accuracy: AI-generated designs are for inspiration only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of generated designs.

No Warranty: The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.
